A secure web tool developed alongside Sonema’s customers, Sky View provides you with precise information in real time about the quality of service of your network.
Sky View offers an intuitive user interface divided into several sections:
- The Personalized Customer Area
This section contains general information about the network: parameters that can be personalized, identification of people involved, and visualization of the network block diagram, including forecasted Solar Outages.
Take advantage of total transparency of information concerning the maintenance of your network in real time: list of incidents that occurred on the network, list of material sent for repair, access to data by search criteria (seriousness, type of incident, number of incidents per site, etc.).
Various performance indicators are measured against parameters that are defined for the equipment:
- Over threshold
- Response time
- Flow measurements
- Bandwidth allocation
- Error rate
- Monthly Equipment Availability
A tracking log of information regarding these indicators enables you to analyze the Sonema quality of service.
