On the 14th June 2019, the PCI Security Standards Council confirmed that Expertmedia, Sonema’s technical subsidiary company, has obtained PCI DSS V3.2.1 compliance as a “Level 1 Service Provider”.
PCI-DSS compliance allows Sonema to guarantee a maximum level of data security to its customers and to establish itself as a trusted third-party for various banking and electronic banking services. From now on, Sonema will also be able to host electronic banking applications and platforms which require PCI PSS compliance.
Sonema’s Managing Director Catherine Delom stated : “Security is a key issue for our customers, menaces and cyber-attacks are multiplying. PCI DSS compliance enables us to embark upon a new phase.“
