Sonema has chosen Intelsat, the world’s leading global satellite network operator, to extend its satellite connectivity capacity and support the development of customer networks in Africa. Through the Intelsat infrastructures, Sonema will provide enhanced communication services to its customers, in particular banking and financial institutions.

As part of the extension of their partnership, Sonema will integrate C-Band connectivity from the Intelsat 33e satellite to expand its services in the most remote regions of Africa. The combination of Intelsat 14 and Intelsat 33 will allow Sonema to provide its customers with tailor-made solutions, focusing on reliability and quality.
